Culture is a weird thing to fight.

Maybe I'm just spoiled from work from home.

I haven't sat upright in a chair since probably early 2000s. The most ergonomic position is leaning back at like 120 degrees, in sort of an astronaut pose. This lets the spine actually rest on the back of the chair as opposed to forcing the spine to compress and support the entire weight of the torso/head.

My core muscles are worked out when not seated in other ways.

Maybe,you faggots should get the fuk off the chair & go outside!

IF you have ever had to sit in a lab or at a computer for 12-15 hours straight, then you would GLADLY drop 2K on an ergonomic chair.
