Cloud seeding. They do it all over the US too. Here's a company that modified planes for seeding operations.

China does this too, they even did it to put out the fires after the huge tian Jian explosion. We could have done it to put out the wildfires, but you know, they wanted those to burn.

Chemtrails are real as well

Three perspectives:

1. Humans can't control the weather.
2. Humans have been cloud seeding (typically aluminum powder) since the early 70's in USSR to pull moisture out of the air. USSR mostly used it to make sure all military parades were not interrupted by rain. And, now this practice is being done around the world.
3. Humans (shadowy governments) use sites like HAARP to control hurricanes/typhoons around the world.

#2 is the correct answer.

But, I find very it interesting that people are generally not strong critical thinkers and can't comprehend the delta between #2 and #3. So, once once they go from believing #1 to #2 ... they suddenly they go to #3 and believe that the military has super energy tech and are the gods of the weather. Dumb.

Not real?

Nobody is saying cloud seeding isn't real.
