I had summons for federal court earlier this year. Ended up being “no need to show, check back tomorrow.” Was brainstorming excuses to get me kicked, favorite was, “Ahh I can’t make the trial dates, this is the time I go to Africa to hatch mosquitos.”

I went a few months ago. It was a trial for a 2nd time child rapist. Short Mexican dude. I told them I couldn't make it for every day of trial and they let me go. He ended up getting life.

I refuse to participate. I show up. I dress better than the rest of the pool, and I make an effort to articulate my opinion VERY SPECIFICALLY.

Did it once, so far. Judge dismissed me after a short warning that I could be arrested. "I'd welcome the opportunity to describe to a set of jurors how this system isn't capable of making an honest man participate while the government selectively prosecutes".

Last time I got called it was for a federal case, I knew exactly who it was and what he did. A lot of us here would remember if pressed and let me tell you, I was knee deep in hijabs and jeri curl.

Nah, unfortunately. I grew up in a rich ass tourist town, so very few niggers and taco niggers. No jeets. BUT, If it's a kiddie diddler, no matter what the color that dudes going to jail. I'm related to 92 families in that small town though so that might disqualify me anyway. I've been calling around the family and I'm not sure. We will see, I guess.

About 22 years ago, I received my last selection form. I wrote in the comments section that if I had to deliberate over niggers and spics that I couldn't promise I would be impartial. Never received another form again.
