Donald Trump was "fully impeached" twice and nothing came of it. The fact that he was acquitted doesn't mean he wasn't impeached. You should probably read more about what the impeachment process is and how it works.

Impeachment is the process for bringing charges against a public official. As it moves forward it results in a trial, in Trump's case, a trial in the senate. This happened previously in 2021 and he was acquitted. He was "fully impeached" and acquitted.
