That's a straight shooter with upper management written all over him.

As always, the job market is amazing for people who can swiftly adapt.

As always, the job market sucks for people who cannot.

The job market is absolute horse shit right now.

Good on this dude.

The flood of jeets in many White countries that took place during the holocough lockdowns certainly didn't help.

This is a good tactic. Employers pull shit like this all the time and having it pulled on them is a good turnaround. "We do this so people won't apply just for the money" What a bunch of slimeball kikes.

Most jobs will tell you to piss off but the one that doesn't is your bitch.

I'm floored by that "just for the money" statement. I'd like to know what they want their employees to want besides money. Probably a bunch of gay shit like "being part of a diverse team".

A wagie lives to work for money, IT'S THE ENTIRE POINT OF WORKING.

I had an employer do bullshit like this when I got hired. After I got the job I was told that a lot they promised was bullshit just to get more applicants. I knew to never go above what I'm getting paid for. Give them their money's worth and that's it. Never go above or beyond.

In a perfect world, you'd want someone who likes the company, what they do,and the work they're going to be doing. People who like their jobs tend to do a better job and are genearally happier and easier to deal with.

But we're not in a perfect world and all we have are corrupt mega corps who are looking to fuck us over and get something for nothing. The days of work being like an extended family are over. Unless we're talking about a family of jews.

Those days you refer to aren't even that long ago. In the 80s and 90s, even semi-large companies still had that sort of "family" feel, according to my parents.

So, what changed? One of the biggest factors I think contributed to the shattering of workplace cohesion: companies began hiring enclaves of disgusting shitskin foreigners who can't speak English. They find one old Indian or w/e who can speak English, and tell him to have all of his friends and family (unskilled and illiterate) to apply. Before you know it, half of the company is a bunch of shitskins who can't speak English and can barely function.

These are often the entry-level positions that teenagers would take up. But now, they're granting fucking packing jobs to 45-year-old Indians with seven children, who also work in the mail department. It's horrifying.

HR happened

[ - ] HonkyMcNiggerSpic 2 points 18 hoursApr 29, 2025 23:07:50 ago (+2/-0)

Investors happened.

More specifically share holders. The company turned from making their employees happy to making their shareholders happy.

Lol, this ^^

I did something similar recently. Except I was "nice" about it. They wanted me to make all the maps for a company, all departments. They then offered me 40k. I told them that was a slap to my face and my capabilities. I then asked how long I'd be in that position until I could get promoted. They said "awhile". I noped out and told them I'd love to work for them, but in a position that matched my skill and competence level.

[ - ] Cantaloupe 4 points 22 hoursApr 29, 2025 19:52:17 ago (+4/-0)

40k is like minimum wage

[ - ] Her0n 1 point 21 hoursApr 29, 2025 20:16:27 ago (+1/-0)

That's double minimum in most states.

Average is roughly 20k a year @-9.20/hr...

Not saying it's a good wage for what OP was looking to do for work.

[ - ] Bassman9000 3 points 23 hoursApr 29, 2025 18:38:08 ago (+3/-0)

Fucking based. I'd buy him a beer.

[ - ] HonkyMcNiggerSpic 2 points 18 hoursApr 29, 2025 23:04:19 ago (+2/-0)

Yep. Tell'em all to their fuckin face. I dealt with that shit numerous times too. I ain't cheap and if they are paying jew slave wages then they deserve the type of people they get.

Know your worth, and ask for it. If you allow them to jew you down, they know you are a weak sucker.
