Con never said much about his diet or if he smoked. I would guess pulmonary embolism resulting from calcification of the arterial walls due to insufficient magnesium supplementation.

I would just source whatever you can most easily find.

Magnesium glycinate.

Magnesium gives some people diarrhea. Keep that in mind.

I take 800mg a day of glycinate. 200mg of citrate before bed.
