Any food vendors here?

Thinking of setting up as a mobile vendor this summer. Don’t need the money and already have most of the equipment, licenses, commissary, and contacts at the county health department.

Any insights will be appreciated,

It will be quality hotdogs. No corn syrup in the brand with quality condiments. Remove the bun and you’ve got a decent low-glycemic meal.

I’ve only ever had one good hotdog experience and that was when I was a kid, but that place shut down and there hasn’t been a good hotdog joint in my city since. People don’t seem to care much for hotdogs where im from.

Study food trucks,there is plenty out there.
Learn your State cottage laws.
Food safety is seldom followed.
You get violations and the whole industry will hear about it.
Some vendors have been shot over making someone sick,so there's that.
Assumptive confidence is a millenial cancer that's been taking down boomers and X'rs for years now in several fields.
