based I remember before having kids I was like "no way am I letting them on the internet" and I was probably about 16 when I decided that.
Fucking schools, they pull them online, give them devices, buncha bullshit is what that is, thats a device you cant admin and your child can hide shit from you. They encouraged that shit.
My own kid got away with more than they should have, because they got devices that I didn't give them and could not without a big scene restrict. Modern schools you cannot stop them giving your kid a device and several third party accounts, its just as required as a #2 pencil was for us. Seriously half or all of the coursework is online now, they resell "course-ware" and pump it around google spaces.
