Was this infrastructure and arrangement written into the Bible or was it only ever alluded to?

I’ve read maybe 1/3 of the Bible and don’t remember any of this being explained outright.

And Leviticus is stupid as fuck. Pages of instructions for burnt offerings. Don’t remember those sermons during Sunday service.

Reminder that there is no point for god(or owner, creator) to punish or reward people in this physical life, because order followers would just exploit this for their own gain without really understanding anything.
Actually, it would be detrimental to even know there is a filtering process going on.
Also, "eternity" is fake and gay.

Yup if god gave power, rewards etc to his preferred people, said people could go around convincing everyone else to ie worship the devil so they could have god all to themselves.
