Most of the other religions of the world except the Abrahamic ones acknowledge that there is an afterlife, but one of reflection and possible reincarnation. There is no judgement or punishment, but rather a review of your life and the opportunity to address your errors and evolve spiritually.

Reminder that there is no point for god(or owner, creator) to punish or reward people in this physical life, because order followers would just exploit this for their own gain without really understanding anything.
Actually, it would be detrimental to even know there is a filtering process going on.

Was this infrastructure and arrangement written into the Bible or was it only ever alluded to?

I’ve read maybe 1/3 of the Bible and don’t remember any of this being explained outright.

And Leviticus is stupid as fuck. Pages of instructions for burnt offerings. Don’t remember those sermons during Sunday service.
