Nah, AI shit looks like dogshit. People automatically see AI and dismiss the art as cheap commodity.

Lol.

You obviously haven't seen the latest AI because you can't tell.

Reminds me so much of this musician teacher I had in high school back in the 90s when digital recording was taking the place of analog tapes and the guy said oh digital will never be accepted it just doesn't have the same feel as analog.

And then there was a drummer friend of mine who was like oh no computer drum s will never take the place of real drummers and music because it's the slight variations in perfection that make a drummer sound like a drummer and then I told him that oh yeah they had already programmed that into computer drum.

Goo I hope AI crashes global economies, I am ready to kill hungry useless eaters.

AI cant come for my job because it can't do what I do.

In the context that fivvr hires people to do mediocre tasks that they will soon figure out gow to get AI to do it, yes.

But those other jobs, AI sucks at and will continue to suck a lot at for a at least 5 years.

Not sure what you mean by "sucks". We've been following development for years and it's incredible and clearly exponential. Assuming shit doesn't hit the fan, AI in 5 years will appear magical.

Is there a package that you can teach it like you teach a new hiree person? Unil it can be trained to engage directly with desktop software (mouse click, input field, copy paste relevant data), send email on approval, submit expense report, then its not taking over any of those jobs.

I honestly don't think this would be all that difficult to do now and 5 years is a really long time.

[ - ] observation1 1 point 8 hoursMay 7, 2025 21:41:31 ago (+1/-0)

It is possible to do now but its not for the end user. Only big investor startups and conglomerates have it. They arent using it to phase jobs out yet because its too intensive. High hanging fruit. The first thing is to just sell it as "an assistant"

Thats why the next Windows, Android, Apple, is just a pitch to "help you."

They still need YOU to train them. You are the product being sold.

"all the work will be done by AI". All the work... now we need migrants because our industries need workers. Is this a clown world or is it a clown world?
