Depends on the woman. Overweight, not enough. But normal weight woman can keep their shape well with only that routine, yes.

Mastering ones body weight is rare.
It's nothing a weight club/gym can compete with.
Calisthenics is the new healthy

I spent three months after a severance just focusing on what actually works regarding weight loss / getting fit / getting actual results with workouts etc. What I found was what seemed like what works for one isn't going to work / not be enough for another. So everyone would really have to find what works for them. For me I came to find HIIT structured workouts work best overall for fitness.

Yoga to me seemed like a moving meditation / super top tier excellent full body stretch. Definitely should be incorporated in a weekly 'workout' routine, but not specifically for the weight loss / "workout" part.

At my position I see gym work outs are like driving a car.
They do fine going forward but totally fucked in reverse further than 10feet(almost a car length)
Few assume they know calisthenics until they line out with a progressive plan.
Attrition starts at 2 weeks,five out of 100 will last 3 months.
Proper 3 months of training is enough confidence for the next 3 months.
Results at 6 months for the steady can't be gained in a gym without cut dope.

My new girlfriend does pilates or zumba daily. She's had a boob job so she has the tits of a 30yo athlete. Beautiful body. She eats like a bird tho.

Good diet is 99% of the battle. You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
