I got hit by a spic once took out my whole right fender. Chased him, he pulled over, saw I was out of the car and took off. I had his license plate. Cops showed up 2 hours later, but whoops, those weren't the cops I called, they were on lunch. Waited another hour and cops finally called me back said they will meet me at my house to get a report the next day.
They never bothered to show up, sent me a letter months later saying case is closed due to lack of evidence. I should have just smashed that spics face on the side of the road and left, at least I would feel better. Not like the cops would show up for that either.
