Particularly for when you’re already pretty low “body fat” and good regular workouts don’t seem to be working or working fast enough. Ie chicken tends to be good. Sugar bad. Salmon good? Beef bad for weight loss but good for muscle gain? Thanks!
It's real simple.. I was never over weight bad.. my worst was 6 foot 2 210 pounds...
This was not obese easy to lose weight optimum weight for me is around 185 to 190 I'm pretty strong good mucle mass..
I went from 210 to 180 in 6 weeks lost to much weight.
1. Stop drinking if you drink 2. Lift weights and walk or jog<<< I hate jogging 3. Eat one meal a day and make it mainly carnivore or paleo... the ingredients should be what the fuck you are eating with salt and pepper or what ever spices. 4. Don't get mad at your self if you go off diet and spiral just get back on it I had plenty of slip ups... if ya do slip up go walk or jog no big deal.
I think the key for me was one meal... u get used to it won't even be hungry till night ti.e.. the key u almost can't eat to many calories if you only eat one meal if anything I had to start eating more to put mucle on my goal is 190 and benching over 3 plates again.
Currently I'm doing 3 sets of 255 7 or 8 times a set de0ending on the day I'm only lifting 2 times a week now because I read 3 times is to much lift hard 2 times and gwt more rest... steady gains so far.
For cardio I'm loving a stair machine with weighted vest. Just 14-20 minutes and I'm sweating enough to need to take a shower. BPM 180. Don't have to "run" or impact joints. Even though I do want to incorporate a run every now and then just to make sure the motion it's self is trained some times.
I can see the one meal approach, can't over eat if you eat the max possible for one meal. For me I'm going the route eat 1/4-1/2 your meal capacity, take a 5-10 minute break and see if the hunger goes away. If it does you're fine, put the rest in the fridge.
Just trying to get an ingredient list that is better to swap out for the meals or make sure isn't in the meals =)

You can splurge sometimes, on a special occasions, but most days you need them. Especially if you are mostly sedentary.
If you can keep your carbs below 50grams a day and do exercise 5 times a week, you are going to look and feel great.

No cans of Crisco,margarine Adults limit bovine dairy,it's for growing cows not humans. Top grade cold pressed coconut oil is the newest as of early 90's. Wild game and free range proteins like goat,quail,pigeons and chickens. The rest is all gardening. No diets and no fat fucks needing diets generations deep. You don't need a fucking diet or a gym. Get the sugar and tortillas out of your diet,drive thru ANYTHING is to be avoided. 30 days of self control before a diet is were the sheep fail. 30 days of focus strictly on avoiding THE SHIT without a diet also in the way. A local guy proves this every year,he doesnt sell potions and programs because the problem isn't food
Saw a video that said the reason "processed foods" are bad for weight loss isn't exactly the ingredients, it's literally that it's preprocessed. You can digest it easier, so you need less energy just to digest it.
For me anything red meat is just straight to fat. Chicken and seafood seem to work good / great though.
I don't want to waste my effort working out etc. Why work out 3 times a day when you can work out once every other with some small food choice differences.
I'm putting a lot of effort into working out and I don't want to waste my effort. It'd be nice to get fat off some final areas that I've never been able to get it off of before too.
I recently changed meds for UC so I don't have to have a fat heavy diet anymore (having extra weight was a life saving strat as sometimes I needed to go no food for a week while I figured out what I needed to do to get UC back under control. A week no food = 10 lbs lost per week. Gives me about a month before I start risking death).
Everybodys body loses and gains weight in different areas first.
Some people lose it in their face last, or their gut last, or their ass last.
Men usually fall into the gut last category.
You can't target fat loss in some areas.
To lose fat you must consume less calories than you burn. No specific food or excercise matters. There are excercises that are better for calorie loss, and foods better choices. But if you are losing weight then whatever area you wantto see come off will absolutely come off, eventually.
There is not one thing to do different to get those love handles off, or to define that jawline. Although you can do jaw excercise, study and execute on learning how to breath through your nose (strengthens your face), and do "the vacuum" excercise to strengthen abs to prevent your gut from falling out.
Whatever you do to get there, note this: once you are there. You have to keep it off for 2 years before your body allows you to stay there with its new program. Best way to do that is stretch beyond your goal for 2 years working on body building, because if at least you fall off body building after 2 years you will at least keep your first goal.
So you have to get there, first, then stretch beyond challenging yourself for two more years minimum.

There is a common thread from biblical times to 2025 concerning feeding the body foods in a specific context,which so happens to be the fucking exact opposite of fat and sickly society ACROSS THE PLANET.
