No I can’t but I think it is most likely that something took place before the recording begins. Absolutely not enough to convict on I agree, but I have grown weary of having to assume that dogs bred for fighting and exhibiting all the signs of readiness and even preparation for attack are fairly unlikely to attack on this particular occasion. You put your finger on it, from what I see in that video, the owner has his dog on a leash and is in control of it... and I don't really give a shit about other people's "trauma" as in I won't tip toe around it. Mine got some weird shit. He just started vomiting randomly every 2 weeks or so starting December. Then January vomiting every week. Then Feb he couldn't hold anything down and basically refused to eat. Then Feb he dropped from 100 lbs to 55 lbs. We put him down, I couldn't watch him die like that. The vets never figured it out, but one said it is probably cancer, even though no one could find anything. He was only 9 years old.

I don't pretend to know if he didn't have some reason to be testing that dog in a public space, perhaps illustrating valid concern. Maybe he was just an agro retarded chink who acted that way in defense of having been nearly attacked.
