I'm about to paint my old house. It's an early '30's house with wooden sides. The lead paint is peeling and falling off so it's time.

The plan is to use my scraper and get the old paint of and brush-paint new paint on. I'll do a few hours a day, when it doesn't rain, until the deed it done. I'm a DIY sort of guy so I have a garage full of tools, and I'm no stranger to painting things. I've got the ladders, tarps, and scrapers. I haven't bought any paint or brushes yet.

Some of you all are much more experienced at this than I am. Any tips on what paint to use or tools I should use/have?
