Depending on your phone google services has their own DNS baked in
This could potentially be used to identify you / your approx location. Likely Australia based DNS.
Canada put in a rule in the last few years that mandated that all devices must sold unlocked and any previously locked devices must be unlocked by the carrier free of charge.
Canada has had expensive mobile prices for a long time. There are many corporate excuses for this, but its mostly greed and lack of competition.
Since then SOME competition has been allowed, and lately in the last year phone companies have been offering plans with greatly expanded data limits compared to previously.
I don't know if the lower price and higher data limits are due to extra competition or more choice via unlocked devices (less need for contracts) bit overall service is cheaper and better at the same time.
I don't see the reason, other than greed that companies would oppose selling unlocked phones.
There's a video floating around purporting to be mh370 with a white orb circling around the aircraft before it flashes and dissappears. Dunno if real or not , but could be related
It would be really great if linux could get to a level where it's usability and productivity and compatibility matched that of windows.
What I'm getting at is that if users could use Linux at work In a corporate environment, hopefully in a better smoother way than Apple does currently, it would really help build its popularity. I guess the downside would be it would get corporatized and maybe become a proprietary work version or distro that could become closed source and eventually just end up a Linux version of windows
Sounds like you are stressed, overworked and probably don't get enough sleep. Probably why you got cancer in the first place. Stress, literally stresses your body and immune system. Most of your body repair is done at night while sleeping.
Maybe take it easy a bit and spend more time doing things you enjoy ?
Not the same as what you are asking for but similar...

High voltage combined with asymmetrical magnetic fields seem to produce thrust similar in some respects to NASAs recent 'impossible drive'
TT Browns Paris experiment proved it works in a vacuum, so again, not ion wind.
I did this. The advantage is you can control the amount of nicotine with a vape. I went down to 0 nicotine but still vapid for a little while before putting it down for good. It made quitting easy.
