I guarantee that's not it. I found the actual article this image is sourced from, pasted a link from the article on twitter but did not post. The by-line it pulled was a Goebbels quote which does not appear in the article or anywhere on the page. It is repeatable.

If this is what is doing then, yes, they're planting content which falls under Twitter's specified "hateful" content as anything portraying Nazis in non-hated context is considered by most society as hateful (if you don't know this already, you're socially retarded).

ZH is doing this deliberately and baiting Twitter and saps are falling for it.
