That line, near the end of the video, actually happened to me. Recently.
About 7 months ago, I move into this place and during the day it starts to get real noisy, which seemed odd and out of place.
I began to notice and investigate, opening my front door and listening to try and identify the sound.
This place looks like a prison block btw, its not very nice here. Lol, it's a "condo".
So one day, the floor starts shaking and loud booming outside and I open my door to see wtf the deal is.
Fucking El Chapo just happens to be coming up and passing my door, with his laundry.
I don't even think he was the one making the noise.
So I am a little surprised to see someone right there, wasnt after him or anything.
This dude turns his head and "wooof" at me through the screen door.
I had to be visibly stunned. No one has ever barked at me before.
I swing open my door and step outside onto the urban prison balcony, I am now behind the laundry dog.
I stand at my entrance, noting which unit he enters, 2 doors down from mine.
He sees me watching him, moves slowly, does not look at me.
I find that odd, I thought he wanted trouble, but now it comes and he wants none.
I go back inside, get my boots, hat, etc. Grab the trash and head out to the dumpster.
I go past his door, he's talkin to a woman, momma or wifey.
As I pass the open ghetto screen left open in lieu of ac, I say "Oh you're real funny" and stand outside looking at his door.
"Yep #18 is a real joker!". No one talking now. I take out the trash, walk back to the units, past his again to get to mine.
Wood door is closed now. AC on.
I haven't seen that guy outside in about 6 months.
No one has barked at me since then.
