I just got my paycheck for the privilege of being hated. I pay 35,000 to the feds, and an additional 25,000 to NYC. In total, it comes out to around 60,000 per year. In return, I waive all my rights, and the city has already said they are going to be cutting back on essential services.

The only reason im staying here is for the nearby family. They want to wait to cash in their pensions, and they said it would be stupid to leave without first getting something back. I had to look this up, but the state legislature literally changed the rules on the fly using COVID as an excuse. These people all think their pensions will be around in 2 to 3 decades (how long i would need to wait to leave).

Frustrating, but looking at it realistically, its not like anywhere else is that much better ... Florida is overrun with cubans and mexicans. Texas and the south have a nigger problem. Cali has even higher taxes than NYC and is overrun with mexicans too.

The zit has to pop one day, so im gonna wait it out till the fighting starts. Based off what happened in Italy and is currently happening in the southern border, the jews are accelerating as a last ditch attempt, so nothing will be of the table for these fucks.

Certain of the public employees were phased into really good paths, but the porchmonkey at the helm has been floating "cutbacks" (read you will have nothing and like it, you disgusting peons!) on police, ems, firefighters. The one rule I actually agree with they were proposing was state locking the pensions, so you forfeit the pension if you ever leave the state. At least this way the pensionites can't just leave when they get their pension. Of course, the jews would be exempted out of (((convenience)))

Public employees always saw themselves as an upper class with their platinum pensions and bitching benefits. I started to explain what a pension clawback is, how pensions can be manipulated in real time and the benefits, disbursements, years worked, all can be changed at the whim of a hat, for no reason, or any reason at all. Heck, they have a secondary vehicle similar to an IRA, that's public based, it would be SO easy for the gov to just take the money, shove an IOW and straight rob people from there. All those people contributing the 22% or whatever it is, would find themselves having saved up close to jack crap for doing the "right" (read incredibly stupid, naive individuals for trusting the government to save their money) thing.

I even explained, that at the end of the day just because something IS illegal, doesn't mean it wont happen. NYC and NY have how many blatantly unconstitutional gun laws and nobody cares? This is especially true in NYC where the gov has been lying about literally everything for years. They lied about COVID, lied about the deaths, aggressively locked everyone down, took away everyones' rights, destroyed lives and families, smiled when they passed a new abortion bill.

Why would anyone trust them to be honest about something as important as a pension or contribution plan? Just like Social Security, the contribution rates will go up, the vesting age will go up, and the disbursements will go down. You get less for paying more. In a way i feel bad for these people, they will find themselves on the shit end of a very ugly battle with a nigger whose dumber than a box of rocks. And that nigger will not hesitate twice to just rob everything and everyone to keep his idiotic plan afloat.

Per one of my last posts, got a HR monitor with oxymeter, just to check everything out. For my total sleep period my heart rate was averaging 55 BPM and Oxygen never went below 92. So everything was fine. Per some of the posters, I think it was anxiety that was getting to me. My brain was panicking over some of the crap some of the doctors had mentioned many years ago. FFS one of them said i should NEVER do any exercise because i could get a pneumothorax and die instantly. Literally, (it was a female doctor too) her solution was for me to sit around and wait to die. Still gonna go to a doctor at one point to get it checked out though, but just for testing, still not taking their crap meds

We live in a nation of liars: the federal gov LOVES to state we pay a fraction of federal taxes. They completely ignore FICA, Medicare, state, local, and Social security which easily add another 10% or sometimes even 20%. In NYC and California, your state and local may as well be a second income tax that almost matches federal taxes. I used a tax calculator, and on a really good salary of 200,000 in some of these shitholes, your take home after taxes is under 100,000.

Not only do the Trump tax cuts expire soon, with the way SS (Ironic that SS's nickname is the same as the Nazi secret service) is heading, i foresee they will ramp up the number to 8% than 10% and incrementally increase the taxes on everyone. It's not bad enough people can barely afford to live, gotta steal and rob everything you can before everything implodes. What makes this even weirder is that there isn't even a fund for SS, it's a ledger OPEX item in some excel sheet somewhere, never to be seen again. But the government needs its cash, so foresee more nickle and diming. Heck they may even introduce new types of taxes like an employee privilege tax, because its a privilege to have a job after we tried so hard to get rid of you!

Technically they already have been restricting SS by increasing the retirement age, and decreasing the benefit amount. The only thing left to do is increase the contribution amount on top of decreasing the benefit amount whilst increasing the retirement age. Entire thing is a scam too, if i could keep that money and invest it myself, i could literally pay off my house 10 years early.

Fun fact: Social security is NOT inheritable except by a spouse. It's essentially a way to communize your money and give it back to the government. It was essentially a subtle way at the time to ban inheritance by having everyone give their money to big gov who than got to decide who gets money or not.

Whilst I'd love to believe the markets will correct and prices for housing will go down, i highly doubt this is gonna happen. The entire financial system system, tax system, etc are all based on absurdly high valuation of housing. If prices go down, so does property tax revenue, and with the recent CRT collapse, the revenue is already tanking as it is. Then you have the entire pension system propped up by housing, CRE, and derivatives against those "assets". There's a higher chance of the entire financial system imploding before house prices even drop by more than a point.

And for those saying blackrock buys on the cheap, there are a LOT of new schemes coming out of the woodwork to desperately limit the inventory housing available to the consumer.
