Back When Female Hypergamy was Just a Normal Part of Culture: Jay & The Americans Come A Little Bit Closer (1964)
(www.youtube.com)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuWkVqum6a8&ab_channel=top401965Pay attention to the lyrics. A man notices a woman who's in a relationship is flirting with him while her man is away. He flirts back, almost gets in a fight with her man, and the moment he's out of the picture she starts flirting with her actual boyfriend. AKA, female hypergamy.
It's not like women back in the "good ole days" were sweet innocent little angels, everyone knew how their nature is and proceeded accordingly. Most of the shit I see guys today complain about women is stuff you were simply lied to about. We were told women aren't how they are, and low and behold, it turns out they are how they are. If only we had been told this upfront so we didn't waste years of our young lives pretending women aren't women.
I'm serious. At this point in my life I'm not really upset at how women are, I'm upset at how we were all ruthlessly lied to about how they are. Undoubtedly some female is going to pop up in the comments of this post claiming that I hate women. I don't. Simply dispassionately observing facts about women does not equate to hating them. At all. In fact, this post is literally the opposite of that.
