That's why I'm shredderific the whole time, I'd never play like this now. The bass player was incredible, we never saw him again! This was the first thing we played before even talking to each other. I've been playing since 1989, had my first bout with this in the early 2000s. I managed it without surgery and everything was good for years, minus a few hiccups. Then it started again a few years ago, becoming severe for the last year. I documented the last 6 months' decline if anyone's interested.

So I had the surgery on both hands in January, stitches are coming out of the left one Wednesday. For anyone who has done this, or know someone who has- how long until you could play 100% again? Any permanent issues? When can I beat off normally again?
