They randomly chose a name they thought would be insulting and hoped to have it stick. It came from Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller but all it makes me think of is Chad/Stud. It typifies the type of shit like the photo- it's stupid and pointless and anyone with critical thinking skills knows it's lame but if you're a part of their little crowd they think you're the dumb ones even while the rest of the world is laughing at them.
