I need you assholes to help me out.

submitted by nodoxmeplz to AskUpgoat 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 11:50:51 ago (+35/-0)     (AskUpgoat)

My employer has put out a jew juice mandate and I'm going the religious exemption route. I know my days there are numbered, I won't be sticking around longer than I need to. I've been working on some things, but need to buy myself some time. I need help with answering the questions on their form because I'm certain that they've designed it as a trap to get me to say something that'll make it easy for them to deny the exemption.

I'll probably be called a cuck or kike for not just quitting. You're an actual literal nigger, so whatever. I've been around for years, since around the time FPH got banned from reddit. Made this bullshit account because this would probably almost dox me, at least down to my city and employer.

Anyway, here are their definitions and questions:

A religious exemption may be granted when an employee has a sincerely held religious belief or practice that is contrary to the practice of immunization and granting the exemption does not cause an undue hardship to (employer). Personal preference and philosophical, political, or sociological objections are not "religious beliefs" for which a religious exemption will be granted.

Definitions:
1. Religion: Includes not only traditional, organized religions, but also religious beliefs that are new, uncommon, not part of a formal church or sect, only subscribed to by a small number of people, or that seem illogical or unreasonable to others. Only religious beliefs and practices that are sincerely held will be considered under this policy.

2. Religious belief: Includes theistic beliefs (i.e., those that include a belief in God) as well as non-theistic "moral or ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong which are sincerely held with the strength of traditional religious views." Religious beliefs typically concern "ultimate ideas" about "life, purpose, and death." Social, political, or economic philosophies, as well as mere personal preferences, are not religious beliefs and are not covered by this policy.

Questions:
1. Identify the religion of which you are a member.

2. Describe the reason for your request for a religious exemption from (employer)'s vaccine requirement.

3. Does the practice or observation of your religion prohibit you from being vaccinated?

4. If so, please describe.

5. Would being vaccinated interfere with your sincerely held religious belief or your ability to practice or observe your religion?

6. If so, please describe.

7. Have you previously been vaccinated for any illness or disease?

8. If so, why do you now object to being vaccinated?

9. Is there anything else you would like us to know about your request?

10.In some cases, additional information about your religious belief, practice, or observance may be needed. If requested, can you provide documentation to support your beliefs and need for exemption?

I know this is a lot, but I really appreciate any help you guys can offer.

To add to your list -

16. If I have a negative reaction to my first Covid shot, will I be be required to take the second shot, knowing it will harm me, in order for me to be "fully vaccinated" and in compliance with your vaccination policies?

17. Once vaccinated, will I be required to receive booster shots to remain "fully vaccinated" and in compliance with your vaccination policy? What are the total number of boosters I will be required to take? How often will I be required to get each booster? If I have a severe reaction to one of the boosters, will I become exempt from any and all future booster shots?

18. If I am pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding, will I be required to be "fully vaccinated" in order to remain in compliance with your vaccination policies? What risks are there to me and my child? Do you take full responsibility for any developmental problems that may result?

- And the most important one -

19. What is the maximum payout that this company is capable of making in the event of any side effects or complications? And how do I go about making a claim?

[ - ] Prairie 2 points 3.6 yearsOct 1, 2021 00:36:32 ago (+2/-0)

19. What is the maximum payout that this company is capable of making in the event of any side effects or complications? And how do I go about making a claim?

How many employees is the company prepared to make this maximum payout to simultaneously?

[ - ] NaturalSelectionistWorker 1 point 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 22:10:13 ago (+1/-0)

20. T-cells are more important to the immune system's ability to resist a viral infection than the antibodies vaccines claim to help create. T-cells require zinc to create. Will the company regularly test all employees' zinc levels or t-cell counts to ensure that they have healthy immune systems and are not putting other employees at risk of catching diseases by having a weak immune system that is unable to fight off disease? Will they be tested for their other immune nutrients like vitamins C and D, or required to get a daily dose of sunlight to ensure a proper supply of vitamin D, our most important immune nutrient?

"18. If I am pregnant"

21. If I am a male (might have to re-term this with total left-wing mumbo jumbo, but for now 'male' works) trying to start a family, will I be required to be "fully vaccinated" in order to remain in compliance with your vaccination policies? What are the risks to my potential to have a child? Do you take full responsibility for any developmental problems that may result, either to myself, my ability to have children, or any possible adverse effects to the children that may result?

Don't quit, make them terminate you in writing. Someday when this hysteria has passed I believe there will be a lot of lawsuits against places that impose unlawful, draconian rules.

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 15 points 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 12:08:19 ago (+15/-0)

Lol, there won’t be a single lawsuit. The termination paper is simply his license to kill them in the future.

Exactly this ^.

Get fired, get a separation certificate from your employer citing covid vaccination as the reason for dismissal, file a class-action lawsuit with hundreds of thousands of others against the state in a year from now.

I'm sure as fuck not gonna just quit before I'm ready to and make it easier for them. I'll make them fire me if it comes to it, but any breathing room I can get will make things easier for me.

On Official manufacturer websites (Pfizer-BioNtech and Moderna) - They have exemptions for those who are unable to get the jab. Immuno-comprised, those who had already suffered a severe adverse reaction to the jab and those allergic to any ingredients contained in the jab.

On the Moderna Official website they list people may be allergic to PEG (poly-ethylene Glycol).
The Lipids that encapsulate the mRNA vaccine contain PEG - they go on to note that individuals may suffer allergic reactions to hair and skin care products , shampoos and soaps etc that are made with PEG and may be suffering a reaction to the PEG.
Pfizer use the same PEG( PEGylated Lipid encapsulation) for their vaccine.
Ergo - You already suffer adverse reactions to PEG products - therefore you are at risk to having a severe adverse reaction to the vaccine as you have a known allergy to one of the ingredients used when you have used it topically (skin rash, heat rash, burning sensation, hives, skin blistering, becoming worse if continuing to apply and immediately reducing, subsiding and going away when stop using the PEG containing product), so you sure as shit are not willing to chance injecting the same ingredient into your body.

I tried contacting them to ask a couple of questions, but the email addresses on their site don't work. That religious exemption request is just an affidavit for me to fill out and get notarized. Not saying I won't use it, but I'm not sure it'd help.

Realistic route:
Christian Scientist church. They believe in healing through prayer and apart from setting broken bones and stitches medicine interferes with god's will. They official stance is that legally required vaccines are ok, but you just need to say that the "official" church is corrupt and you are stronger in your faith.

Gigachad route:
You believe jews are literally the children of satan as described by the bible and that they are trying to kill white christians with the jew jab.

[ - ] nodoxmeplz [op] 7 points 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 14:24:16 ago (+7/-0)

What u/HeavyBeefCurtains said, and do not answer these questions. Never offer information that is unnessecary. You are correct - they are trying to trip you up, making this seem like it's required. It's company policy, it is not "the law." And these questions are simply evidence to deny you. DO NOT GIVE THEM AMMUNITION.

[ - ] JudyStroyer 7 points 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 15:25:23 ago (+7/-0)

Exactly. Ensure you always have the mantra of "i absolutely will not disclose my personal, private medical information. Under any and all circumstances. Make them fire you for not disclosing medical info, not "vax status". Do not tell them a fucking thing regarding your medical history. That is the hill to make them kill you on.

@nodoxmeplz Just tell them you're refusing the vaccine for religious reasons, the rest is none of their business.

I'm certain that they've designed it as a trap to get me to say something that'll make it easy for them to deny the exemption.

That's what it is, an employer can't force you to prove your religious belief's and don't play into their exemption game neither.

Russian Orthodox church has exemptions based on the fetal-cell part. Could be why you were ok with a tetanus shot but not covaxx. Supporting documents: https://rokfin.com/article/5349/COVID-Vaccine-Exemption-Documents-Download-Links
This might be more useful if you are looking to act sincere about a religious exemption, rather than just giving minimum info and hoping for the best. Rus Orth exemption worked for @mopsink a few months back. A couple other posts about this topic:

1) make your own religion. Should be covered since they said new and not part of formal sect.

2) your god said you are going to hell if you get this vaccine.

3) yes

4) you'll go to hell

5) yes

6) you are told not to take it

7-8) even if yes, this religion is new, which is covered under their definition.

9) no

Do not answer any of those questions. Your religion is your own personal business. They have no right to ask you about your religion and potentially discriminate against you based on your religion.

Answer every question with 'my religion is A Private Matter.'

[ - ] Prairie 1 point 3.6 yearsOct 1, 2021 01:15:51 ago (+1/-0)

I should have done this with the two clients I help. Refuse to answer health questions, and if they persist remind them that it's illegal for them to demand private health info.

[ - ] mattsixteen24 4 points 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 14:03:46 ago (+4/-0)*

First thing is not tell them your vaccination status or whether or not you will get the vaccination. It's none of their business. It's your personal medical information. You are protected by HIPAA. You have the right to refuse that request. It's none of their business!

Now, if you already told them, then use this: https://aapsonline.org/exemption-from-hospital-vaccine-mandate/

It works. Their lawyers can't do squat about this argument.

Also, I wouldn't answer any of those questions. That will supply their lawyers with more ammo. Just give them the exemption form from the link and get your pastor to sign it and you should be golden.

Theres a dozen better answers than the one I am about to give you but I would try and politely turn the tables back on them in terms of 'tripping up'. I would in your situation ask them which of these questions you are obliged to answer and will failing to answer any of the questions place your role in jeopardy. In principle they can't force you to respond to most if not all of these questions so I think they will have difficulty responding to your request. Your declaration that for religious reasons you are refusing a medical procedure should stand on its own. In my experience polite but difficult 'customers' get what they want.

This mentions Orthodox but you can just say Christian (follower of Christ). You'll have to adapt it to the questionnaire however. There are a few arguments, here are a few from my least favorite to favorite.

1. The Bible says you are fearfully and wonderfully made so injecting yourself alters your design as a human, altering God's will for you.

2. The juice was made using and profits from the cells of a murdered child. Ie the anti abortion argument.

3. I think this is currently or a precursor to the mark of the beast. The bible says that mark of the beast is a sign on the hand or head of it's followers. The is a type and shadow of followers of God's commandment that are also written on the hand and the head in the old testament (ie, they are following the will of the government and false religion and not the commandments of God). It also says that those without the mark will not be able to buy or sell goods.

[ - ] derpfroot 1 point 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 17:11:50 ago (+1/-0)

Here's how I'd respond............

1. Identify the religion of which you are a member.
State whichever you like. The following answers could apply to many.

2. Describe the reason for your request for a religious exemption from (employer)'s vaccine requirement.
We believe that it's each person's duty to keep themselves as pure as possible. Mind, body, soul. We don't smoke, drink alcohol or ingest large amounts of refined sugar.

3. Does the practice or observation of your religion prohibit you from being vaccinated?
Yes, obviously.

4. If so, please describe.
Any undue burdens in our body goes against keeping ourselves as pure as possible.

5. Would being vaccinated interfere with your sincerely held religious belief or your ability to practice or observe your religion?
Yes.

6. If so, please describe.
It would taint my body with chemicals created by a pharmacy company.

7. Have you previously been vaccinated for any illness or disease?
If yes: Yes.
If no: No.

8. If so, why do you now object to being vaccinated?
If yes: This was prior to my entering the religion. It was my parents decision, not mine.

9. Is there anything else you would like us to know about your request?
No.
10.In some cases, additional information about your religious belief, practice, or observance may be needed. If requested, can you provide documentation to support your beliefs and need for exemption?
No. I generally keep private regarding my religion as it's a very personal thing to me. Nor do I want to open myself to religious ridicule.

[ - ] GlowNiggerDick 1 point 3.6 yearsSep 30, 2021 18:11:21 ago (+1/-0)

They want to drag you into a debate. There is no way you can logically debate a religious exemption to vaccination. The only answer they will is accept is you are Islamic and you can't wait to die to enjoy paradise. It's not smart to casually fuck with people that have that mind set.

7. Have you previously been vaccinated for any illness or disease?

8. If so, why do you now object to being vaccinated?

Clever! However, the mRNA injections are not vaccines. I'm not against vaccines in general, nor would be against one for SARS-CoV-2. Though I wouldn't take it still because the flu is not something I'm concerned about.

9. Is there anything else you would like us to know about your request?

It's not a fucking request, it's a declaration that I won't be taking it.

[ - ] Shitheel 0 points 3.6 yearsOct 1, 2021 08:36:31 ago (+0/-0)

exemption does not cause an undue hardship to (employer).

That's the catch. If they are being offered money or being fined in any way, it will be an undue hardship on the employer.

[ - ] 3Whuurs 0 points 3.6 yearsOct 1, 2021 22:14:23 ago (+0/-0)

In Germany they’re giving anyone that’s had Covid, a 6 month credit on their vax passport.
I assume one way they prove this is the post illness antibody test. So it might become useful to get tested incase there becomes room to argue for exemption in some areas,
