The source you linked too puts a pop up over the video to make you choose between viewing it in my browser or download an app. This popup is over the speaker button which is default set to off. The entire video is about 4 seconds long and won't repeat without refreshing the page.
So, I can't click anything fast enough to do anything but hear the last second of audio. Fuck my old brain.
