I get that sometimes with the embedded view. NoScript sometimes causes that. And catbox sometimes has problems serving the file.

its an mpeg4 container with AVC and AAC, very standard stuff, same specs as a youtube video

Opening the link in a separate tab is the most reliable way in-browser. Download and view with another program, as a last resort.

use a different browser, I suggest librewolf. or save it and view it with a media player, such as VLC. its just me turning a water fountain on when hospital signage says the faucet is off for my safety
