I may talk all kinds of shit about Biden but thanks to him I've learned math, a little bit of science and now how to make pizza.

First time making it and already tastes better than dominoes.

That center brown shit? Notice that brown shit is everywhere? No clue. I blame it on my camera. I made it yesterday. Everything was fresh. I noticed it looks like it is rotting, haha!

E: Meaning "looks like" rotting in the picture. In real life, it looks perfectly fine.

My brother and nephew know to use a steak knife because everything slides off.

What I read online is that the tomato sauce I am using is too wet. So, not sure, but I guess either boil it for awhile or use tomato paste? Not sure. Will get back to you.

Sorry for linking you a Massive time sink, and you're welcome.

You know you have a problem when you've built a dedicated wood-fired pizza oven (ok, I make other bread in there too), make your own mozerella, sausage, cured meats, and have a garden for providing the tomatoes and basil.

But yes, as humanity ceases to exist, if I'm still capable, I'll make a pizza.

Wow. I clicked on the pizza challenge.They read my mind. I was wondering if I could do something with the squash and these people did it! Did the tomato sauce with the tomatoes, basil and rosemary I grew, older kid was afraid of using the yeast I grew but it worked!

I had to learn how to cook like this for a minute years ago (not my picture but very similar) and figured when the time comes a sort of pizza oven could be jerry rigged the same way. Should give it a test run though.

Oh the kids threw just some of your plain sharp cheddar cheese on there. I promise theres mozzarella under there. Yes! we did. I thougt pretzel crust was going to be some big ordeal like making regular dough and then somehow connecting the pretzel part to it but no its just one large pretzel.
