Well back in the day it kinda paid off (especially in Japan where you got employment for life and could rise through the ranks so that in the end you have a nice little cushion for your golden years)

But a while back someone posted a graph where it was shown that the work load has tripled while the (min) wage almost made no move.

True,then again so are we, but nips have gotten a big chunk of westernesation too, the chinks on the other hand, the nihilistic indifference of communism paired with bug-people life style is whats really scary as our beloved elites now openly say that the China model is something to be considering.

(Also the chinks don't have apartments at all, they pay the money and nothing gets built (why only concrete shells are standing instead of the whole apartment is a different bug people story) then I rather live in small space that I dont see because of the insane work hours opposed to sitting in the streets, but hey who knows seems to work for Cali and NY)

Yeah nips have caught the cancer of capitalism and are not protecting their traditions.

Chinks are an interesting case. They are not really one people. They are a very very old empire that has gobbled up many little countries and then the original han conquerors colonized and interbred with these groups. So I would say that some groups are more like koreans and japs while some are more like vietnamese or burmans.

A long lived bureacracy maintained by mandarins meant that a class of shadey scheming politicians acquired wealth and intermarried for thousands of years. This breeds jewy behavior into elites. Their success as an empire was dysgenic just like rome was for italy.

I think these two factors caused the chinese to diverge behaviorally from the japs and koreans but maybe there are subgroups of chinks that are capable of better things. China should really be broken up though for the good of the world and themselves too. Its a corrupt monster that has been eating other countries for 2300 years.

When you consider 99% of all overtime worked in America is done by white men dreaming about what Japan has.. Then 14hr shifts with no overtime is actually 10/1 better value for the labour then America.

Is it so different to the US from the outside look of and Euro I see the same unpaid overtime, the same crappy vacation deals, the same shitty work life balance with even less social security. (While in Japan unlike in Europe you cant just get neet bucks, especially if you are young and male, social security is just for the elderly and young moms, there you have a kinda working system of health care and education)

You are expected to tow the pc line and are looked at like an asshole if you dont want to be in some shitty tik tok vid or the group chat where your boss can bug you at any time.
Don't you dare to use one of your "sick days" just come in and infect everyone. (We are one big family here so you have no reason to go home to your biological family)

You have to pack yourself in a car and stand in traffic for hours because no public transport or even side walks to have an alternative, so you commute for hours (granted with ac and coffee holders its bearable)

43 ? does that include the holidays like chirstmas and such? if not wtf? In Germany its 21-28 days (depending if you work weekends), + about 10 national holidays and you can earn with seniority and age up to 31, then the usual thing with maternity leave and such.

I used to work for a jap company here in the states. They may work long hours, but the US counterparts we're way more productive. Most of their overtime is just busywork so they don't shame the company or family by leaving work "early".
They really look after their own, though. Any time we would send over schematics or parts lists, they would come back reworked so as to use only japanese parts or suppliers.
