When I become fuhrer, I will promote houses built with In-law apartments. We need sick old people to live with their children, not warehoused.

Also we need adult children to stay local and invest in their communities longterm instead of abandoning their extended families to be some corporate slave.

Men and women should live with their parents until they marry which should be before 25.

But here’s the rub—he didn’t buy a house and end up debt free; he thought he was gonna be a famous producer and live in Malibu someday. He bought studio equipment like a fucking nigger and now lives with his cousin and they have a studio in their house, like fucking niggers.

That's a huge benefit of living with parents, having very little monthly cost. If you don't save a shitload of money/assets up while living with them, you've wasted an opportunity.

At 22 in 1995, my parents were charging me $520 a month. According to an online inflation calculator, that's $1,026 now. I did get free cooked food and my mom was a solid cook. As a comparison, my friend was getting charged $40 a month, and his older, independent brother flipped out on his parents over this obscenely high rent.

Also, the intent was not to get me to leave. My mom went livid when I told her I was moving out. Go figure.

The rent i paid my folks when I wasn't enrolled in school was given back when i left home. I had a nice amount to furnish my place.

I’m a huge proponent of Diamond Dave. Not because he’s a jew, but because he’s one of my favorite frontmen of all time. I was completely dazzled by him when I was like 4 and I’ll always have a soft spot for him.

OG Van Halen was one of the greatest bands ever, and inspired me to start playing guitar. I still play in bands, all these years later. By the time I learned Dave was a kike, I didn't even care. I'll wager he's been in more brothels than synagogues..

The reality is they simply can’t afford to. You see the same phenomenon in big expensive cities elsewhere. Too many people to too small of a space creates expensive housing.

It's not crazy. The European tradition, whether you are a man or a woman, is to move out once you've found a suitable man or woman, and you get married. Then, you buy a home. I don't understand the appeal of moving out, being on your own, and hurrying to pay a bunch of bills.
