It's an account run by a gov team who has around 30 collaborators posting and up-voting his threads, the last time I checked. Sometimes it's actual "humans" posting and sometimes it's auto.

Don't click on or respond to any of it's threads or posts it will just feed the trolls and can potentially infect your system depending on his links.

for real? He has lots of e-points for some reason (they looke like they are mass farmed with other co-conspirators, but they could be legit). I notice he posts a lot of threads and downvoted for them even though at face value it's nothing to downvote for, for example in the gaming section he makes lots of threads.

The only thing I can think of is he exposed himself as a troll/jidf then went back to a normie posting style, but people don't forget so they downvote his threads. Or just a mass spammer of threads with the account being shared from 1 i.p. address like you said.
