If you think ruqqus was anything like facebook you are grossly misinformed and need to obtain a clue before speaking further on the matter. Ruqqus was a reddit alternative just like voat. People used aliases and posted nazi shit on subreddits.

yeah I used to think just like that in the 90s and early 2000s. then I got a clue about what a forum was and stopped basing my definition of forum on a subset category of software given but based it on the actual definition instead
