Which "ethnic" cuisines do you enjoy most?

edit - seems people think I am talking purely about takeout or fine dining. I'm simply asking what "ethnic" (I hate that term) foods you like, whether you eat out or you only cook for yourself.

For example, I like spic food but that doesn't mean I go to Taco Bell or buy a burrito for $20 from a food truck like a hipster faggot. Rather, I make Mexican food from scratch because it's easy and tasty.

Other: I like to make food for myself. It's cheaper, healthier, and easier than going out. Especially now. And there's 99% less of a chance for nigger spit.

Though I'll have to give a hat-tip to Japan. The cuisine there was great.

I'm not talking just about going out, though. You can enjoy other types of cuisines at home. Most are pretty easy, whether it's pasta, tacos, or stir fry. Just need the ingredients/spices.

Agree. Young folk wonder where their money goes - eating out. Going out for a meal with friends makes sense but if it's only you and the missus...you know what they say. You can tell the married couples eating out - they are the only ones not talking.

If I'm feeling a little speedy, I'll find a proper German sit-down restaurant. They're far easier to find than Scandinavian restaurants, unless you like in Minnesota.

I could live off of the local Pizza place menu.

But left to myself I end up making beaner bits most frequently (green chili or taco meat, rice and beans). They hold in the fridge well and marinade to taste even better through the week. Make plates or burritos.

And yet variety is the spice of life; had fried chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and mac'n'cheese today.

I like mexican food. That bacon wrapped skrimp(camerones montery) is some good shit. I love Jap steakhouse. Those veggies & lice are kick ass with the skrimp and scallops. I like pizza once in a while. I like white fin tuna sushi once in a while. I like those rural restaurants. I like making my own food too. niggers don't have any food culture. I do a different dish till I get tired of it

Last week I ate tacos all day. Wagyu, Kobe, or Venison tacos.

I got tired of that a few days ago, bought some chicken breasts and broccoli and cauliflower

Now I'm doing this thing where I chop up the breasts and cover them in tumeric powder then fry them in butter and throw in broccolis cauliflowers garlics tomatos and spices

Idk what I'll do next. Guess I'll find out when I run out of chicken breasts and go to grocery store.

Cajun food for me. I make most of it at home, but 35 miles north of her is a great Cajun Restaurant called Cajun Jimmie's. I'm originally from New Orleans and Jimmie is from Baton Rouge, so he spices his differently. Worth the drive.

Really quite easy.

1) Cucumbers - peeled and seedless are preferred, diced small, but not brunoise more of a even sized matignon. (Yes, peel and seed the cucumber)
2) Greek yogurt, or you can use sour cream in a pinch.
3) Olive Oil - Generally want a good quality, and can even use an infused version if you enjoy other flavors. i.e.(Chili EVOO)
3) Lemon Juice - Fresh is always better, and the zest of rind adds a nice enhanced flavor as well. Don't add too much rind though.
4) Garlic - minced - go till your hearts content, but that gets stronger the longer it stays.
5) Dill, lots of it -> you can add additional herbs, like thyme and chives for extra punch if you prefer.
6) Finish with Salt and pepper to taste.

All said and done, should take you less than 10 minutes to make.

If the flavor is not there, identify what is missing, generally it is the herbs/dill or the lemon jews, although salt can be the finishing touch sometimes.

Mexican food is cheap and readily available in much of the country. 20 years ago I knew a hot college chick that lived on 700 bucks a month eating Taco Hell.

I can feed 7 people better than any mexican resturant tacos for less than 10 dollars. But I have a garden, kitchen toys and I think I'm a chef.

I regret not posting the picture now. The day you posted about delicious tacos I was actually making tacos. I wanted to post a pic and tell you that your friends book wasnt going to spoil my already planned meal but decided against it because then I would have to take a picture of my food and that usually looks gay as hell and I didnt want to be made fun of.
