Been searching for something along those lines that supports the overview, where you see all thumbnails at once. That's why I still use invidious. All the terminal solutions I found didn't give you all the thumbnails at a glance.

I use newsboat and mpv for watching videos of channels I'll watch anyway, but when looking for something like "how to repair X" I prefer to have a thumbnail view to quickly judge which of the videos are garbage.

I'm using qutebrowser, but I rarely pipe videos in directly to mpv. Instead I have them downloaded. Avoids the throttling issue that Youtube sometimes has.
