I feel guilty eating cows

I've watched a video where a farmer woman was attacked, and the cow defended her against the attacker. Now I feel guilty eating cows, because they are not stupid. I mean, eating rabbits, sheep, pigs, or other brainless animals makes sense. But I don't want to eat animals who have enough brains to recognize their owners and defend them. Next time you eat a cow, think about it.
