While I know damned well cops are not our "friends", they seldom escalate without real reason. (Yeah yeah I know there are exceptions - I've dealt with one myself. Just saying in general.)

I've seen the entire thing. There was no reason for the police to even be there. They initiated a warrantless search to which the resident clearly states he does not consent. The police are committing multiple felonies, federal felonies, and get mad that the victim dares to report their criminal activities.

They asked if they could come in, he said 'yeah sure'. At the point where they're legally in the room, they can develope search rights based on what they see and hear.

Cops can address "mental health issues" (suicide threats) by arresting/detaining people who meet the criteria. The nig was going nuts, called for help, and 'help' arrived. Even with the narrative of that short film, it was apparent he gave them cause to have concerns.

Too bad the edits ruined the credibility.

They also could have "heard" a noise that would have gave them exigent circumstance.

The best way is to never open the door and talk to them through the door and ask to see the warrant.

If no warrant cam be produced walk away from the door and stop talking and call a non jewish lawyer.

His problem was worse than just opening the door and inviting them in. He apparently called them there in the first place with his "mental health crisis" call to the VA, if I have the story right.

I'm no expert on this, but I believe you can lose autonomy and be considered not competent to some degree.

We know that a lot of people may be scared to call the Lifeline because they are concerned about the police coming to their house. We absolutely understand that fear! It’s worth mentioning that less than 3% of calls ever actually require police intervention. Normally, the crisis worker does everything they can to de-escalate your suicidal thoughts and help you come up with a safety plan before they involve anyone else.

Now google thinks I'm suicidal, so it's not showing me laws or cases. I believe it's called a 5150, where the cops can take possession of you and involuntarily place you in a hospital for a few days of observation. If that guy was the 3%, then his call itself gave them permission to come in and take him away.

I have seen it as well. I can't find it however. If memory serves, the entire thing was instigated because he called the VA for help, I think over depression or something of the sort like that, and the VA called the cops to do a wellness check.
I can't find it, and I've checked four different youtube channels that post videos of police corruption so far. If I see it again I'll post it as a reply to your comment.
