A lot of providers -especially mobile ones are blocking it. Changing your DNS solves it.

Most Americans only have one or two choices of ISP. It's usually a choice between a shitty ISP or an even shittier one.

My actual ISP doesn't; desktop and mobile wifi is fine. It's the phone carriers that do it.

It's hit and miss for me. They say change the dns but I have yet to see that work. It starts and stops working what seems to be randomly.

It never 'always' works. You change the dns so it does work sometimes.

If you're on mobile it's likely your ISP is blocking the host. You can usually change the DNS provider in your browser if you can't change the ISP DNS settings.
