Catbox was added to my VPNs DNS filter, so I had to disable the filtering service. Otherwise, every time I loaded catbox I'd get some BS HSTS error.

In this instance, the server request was timing out...as in catbox was broken, not DNS issues.

They fixed it, now its faster than its been for the past few days.
