Right, they should market those for hurricanes and tornadoes, since they aren't a local hazard you can avoid. I've watched the videos, so any place with hurricanes or tornadoes is off the list.

I've been through a 7.1 and it wasn't so bad. Only 4 killed in the whole county, and the next one 'here' is now a hundred years in the future. This hurricane season is expected to feature 20 to 25 'named' storms. Destructive earthquakes are a once in a lifetime event at any given location, and they're a relatively 'localized' event.
