Arc Browser sounds promising but I don't know much about it.

If I had to pick my poison with a Chromium-based browser, I like Vivaldi since it's highly customizable.

Haven't followed Waterfox or Libreworlf. Mullvad brower seems good, too - similar to TOR but uses Mullvad VPN instead.
