you are correct. theres also a reason the entire field had to be propaganda rebranded from personnel to human resources, when their actual name should be corporate resources 'CR' and then it becomes super obvious what their purpose is. I had a note (less severe than a write-up) added to my file just last week for insubordination, first time in a decade, but theyre still going to collect that ammo no matter what. its all politics, if you can make a career as a corpo, you can make a career as a politician.

They replaced what was called manpower in large companies. They did staffing and paperwork. Emplyees had all been raised with Christian manners and knew how to conduct themselves in a professional manner. If they didn't they were fired. Easy peasy.

Human resources comes out of the social science faculty with psychology, early childhood education, teachers, social workers, criminology, poly sci, gender studies and marketing. They all specialize in mealy mouthed manipulation and are the jewish answer to the despicable jewish mother in the public arena.

Social science was put into colleges by the Rockefeller foundation in the 1930's with the stated intent to rationalize control. It is the long march through the institutions, and a replacement for mothers and the complete erasure of personal boundaries that jewish as slave owners demand.

An average of one teacher a day is criminally charged with molesting students because they aren't capable of recognizing personal boundaries of the crazy jewish cult in their training.

I'd call it payroll. They make sure you get paid (if you work) and get your benefits if you earned any. Otherwise you can take it up with the hierarchy.

When I worked for this very big internet company HR would sit in on tech meetings and always ask questions for coding though they had no fucking idea about any of it. They just wanted to be involved somehow. It was such a waste of time.

They legitimately spent most of the day going around collecting votes on what to get for lunch. That was their biggest job.

I have to admit feeling a bit conflicted about this post.

The hr person in my shop is me. And while I do have certain quirks, I come by them honestly and I kinda like the guy. He's fun to hang out with.

Only hires humans (meaning Whites). He's also the CFO, so he pays everybody else out before HE even gets paid.

I’m still at my main job, actually. Last week made 2 years. I tend to cycle through jobs because they’re contract jobs and the contract ends or I get pissed off and leave. My 2nd job before this lasted 15 or 16 months.
