The makings of this rut were the world ending, the music industry sucking, the resale industry being destroyed, not having a wife or children, being overweight from the drinking, being weak from an injury. Also life long heavy headedness. Heavy feet too. I have a huge head and huge feet but I think it's an attitude problem. Lifelong caffeine addiction, quick temper, general malaise yet anxiety.
Things that changed:
People started talking about Jews and that took a lot of pressure off me and made me feel less alone and less crazy. I begin to see that we may actually retake our lands and have Prosperity again
Quitting drinking was one part but I was still high and eating garbage all the time. Drinking caffeine until bedtime.
What suddenly happened:
Strengthened my injured arm, which ended the main symptoms which was in hand. A skin condition accompanied it. All gone.
Began pouring out half my coffee every time. Then started decaf. Suddenly I am down to less than half a dose of caffeine per day. I believe this is the main thing.
Stopped smoking pot first thing in the morning. Didn't buy anymore. Intend on Quitting in next day or so.
Stopped eating processed foods. Possibly the other big one. Today I went shopping and bought eggs, spinach, almonds, walnuts and orange juice. Stopped desserts, which were throughout the day. Just chicken and broccoli, no grain, sometimes a cheeseburger but bread is on the way out too.
This is all in past week. I lost only 5 pounds in 4 months of sobriety but 10 in 1 week of no junk.
Took zertec twice in attempt to fight mysterious headaches. Probably just ramped caffeine down too fast but I can't ignore the zertec. It may have helped me do the rest of the good work
Also: elden ring. There's a ps4 here. I just run around on the horse picking plants. Each plant leads to the next, you see it glowing and go pick it up for absolutely no reason, just ripping around on a horse. Mind is at rest but the little adventurer in me has something to look at. Once in a while slap a guy with my weapon. Don't care if he dies or anything. Awesome environment.
Ultimate result: I can look people in the eye much more easily, even beautiful women. I'm not a baby about needing pleasure or hating work. I fit into my cool clothes again. Feels awesome.
Quit everything. Go pure and get ready to fight. It isn't for no reason anymore. We are going to win.
I'd say the caffeine isn't the main thing. The alcohol and weed are. Long term injuries will also have a big effect on hormones and mood. After that is food and water intake. Then exercise and sleep.
Watch your carb intake and balance it with your physical work/labor output. Same with your water/salt intake. Get plenty of fatty meat, eggs, dairy, etc. Learn to cook, don't worry about perfection, it's great.
Get some exercise, any exercise. Walk. Do a couple pushups. Start slowly building a home gym. Don't over do it, you'll burn out. Just have fun with it and stop.
Learn to keep a good sleep schedule. Having a room dedicated to sleep it a great way to do it. Don't black out the room, your body needs that sunlight to regulate it's circadian rhythms.
Keep up the good work man, I hope you pull out of your funk and have a bright future.
Edit: oh yeah, keep a pint of ice cream in the freezer. When you get a hankering for some alcohol, eat a big bowl of ice cream. Don't worry about the sugar intake, it's what your body is craving but it's giving you signals for alcohol. When you start to crave the ice cream instead of alcohol you can ween yourself off that a lot easier.

Juice is bad b/c it takes all the fiber out and essentially you're just drinking sugar water. People probably drink more volume because they think it's healthy. I can't recall but remember hearing it's somehow worse than goyslop/hfcorn syrup but the details escape me. Oranges are also subjected to a lot of fertilizer/ pesticides/ anti-fungals.
Do you honestly believe squishing an orange is worse than goyslop? Read the ingredient list or make your own if you dont trust the list, but there is nothing wrong with oj unless you're a morbidly obese retard. Oranges are more than just fiber and sugar water.
Store bought juices probably have added sugars etc. We have a juicer at home but generally just eat the fruit for the vitamins/ minerals etc. I still do eat some goyslop but I tend to think that our bodies are amazing machines and can deal with/flourish as long as we practice moderation.

For citrus I occasionally eat some of the pith but not the actual peel. We used to make candy out of citrus peels when I was young but I wouldn't eat it nowadays b/c of all the shit sprayed on the fruit.
Homemade OJ isn't goyslop per se but I would take it sparingly and definitely keep the pulp in it. Fiber delays the rate at which the fructose enters the liver. Fast processing overloads the liver converting the excess in fat "droplets", leading to fatty liver.
There are other concerns aside from NAFLD with juice but I do believe strongly that moderation is a good policy in life. If you want juice, make it homemade and don't have too much of it.
Fruit is largely overrated but I love the stuff and it usually works for my sweet tooth. Eating the whole (or most of the) fruit is always better from what I have heard. Try eating a few of the apple seeds when you eat the fruit. Not sure if it's the arsenic of something else but we've all heard "An apple a day..." Folk wisdom often has an element of truth.
It's processed as hell which involves all kinds of chemicals. Full of sugar to enhance yer diabeetus. I still add a tiny bit to homemade watery lemonade for more flavor.

Drinking plenty of water is great for the system but that dilutes essential electrolytes. You must supplement with Potassium Magnesium and a little salt.
Vitamin D is usually missing. A few rounds of high-dose Vitamin C with aspirin won't hurt either.

This is how you feel GREAT.
First few min- oh shit, this is really painful, 5-10min absolutely luxurious. Like a hit of tobacco. 25min- you start to piss yourself as your cells are constricting and releasing water, also you are getting a kidney(might be liver) flush which helps with releasing toxins. This is the first stage of hypothermia, not shivering. The shivering will come for 20 min after you are done.
...you lose weight, have decreased inflammation, and have better cardiovascular performance (which leads to better boners). And!! you get a massive dump of dopamine - the feel good chemical. More than cocaine.
Great job. Just remember, if you have setbacks and in a moment of weakness get drunk or some a pound of weed, don't give up. Just start over the next day and keep trying. That was always my problem in the past. I would have a couple slip ups, and then fall off the diet or drinking wagon for a couple months, instead of getting right back on it the next day.
The amount that I inhale and the hours I spend high are definitely a small fraction compared to the past few years. I haven't gone a day without it. That's going to be a tough one
It is day to day, but ultimately the more you string together the better you feel so for a long while it gets easier. When it really gets hard is when you're having your worst day of the week/month/year. But even getting to a point where using is a relapse as opposed to your norm is a big accomplishment.

2020 i was a massively overweight SSRI-fed goy slop eating slow dullard, that was always on the edge of giving up .
Began cutting out all processed sugar, drinking filtered water with organic apple cider vinegar, only green tea. No coffee/ caffeine except one single triple expresso with real cream in the morning. Then Nixed all goy slop, takeaways, chocolate, dairy, ice cream, soda etc.
Only grass-fed meats and went back to grass feed butter, pure dripping - zero seed oils, only low GI high fiber bread, with a low GI high fiber bun of pastrami, sliced japeno, lettuce, with dab wasabi for lunch every day. My only snack is raisins (2-3 large packs a week) or fruit. I began to notice when you consume only high nutrition foods, you stay fuller longer and no longer need to snack all day long and over eat.
The holo-cov lockdowns here in NZ for 3-6 months also helped, also began counting down off big pharma meds during the same time (SSRI's, cholesterol, 4 different blood pressures meds a day) -all my metrics improved , BP dropped and stabilized. Zero jab.
By mid 2022, realized i had Lost 30-33kgs just by diet alone, began to incorporate pushups, sit up, crunches with stretching each day,
today i'm 9 months back into working out with bench and weights, my mind is much clearer, present and alert (although tbf, i'm literally half retarded).
Diet (along with general exercise) cannot/ should not be ignored. Plus i take a shed load of supplements, including various amino acids to mitigate chronic depression, mood imbalance etc. Fck big pharma and fck my GP.

That was always my problem in the past. I would have a couple slip ups, and then fall off the diet or drinking wagon for a couple months, instead of getting right back on it the next day.

Weed, in particular, will have you feeling like crap for some time afterwards until your body normalizes and learns to produce the happy chemicals from nondrugs again. Luckily it won't make you physically ill to quit. you just have to accpe that you are gonna be annoyed for a week. I have quit several times.

2020 i was a massively overweight SSRI-fed goy slop eating slow dullard, that was always on the edge of giving up .
Began cutting out all processed sugar, drinking filtered water with organic apple cider vinegar, only green tea. No coffee/ caffeine except one single triple expresso with real cream in the morning.
Then Nixed all goy slop, takeaways, chocolate, dairy, ice cream, soda etc.
Only grass-fed meats and went back to grass feed butter, pure dripping - zero seed oils,
only low GI high fiber bread, with a low GI high fiber bun of pastrami, sliced japeno, lettuce, with dab wasabi for lunch every day. My only snack is raisins (2-3 large packs a week) or fruit.
I began to notice when you consume only high nutrition foods, you stay fuller longer and no longer need to snack all day long and over eat.
The holo-cov lockdowns here in NZ for 3-6 months also helped, also began counting down off big pharma meds during the same time (SSRI's, cholesterol, 4 different blood pressures meds a day) -all my metrics improved , BP dropped and stabilized. Zero jab.
By mid 2022, realized i had Lost 30-33kgs just by diet alone, began to incorporate pushups, sit up, crunches with stretching each day,
today i'm 9 months back into working out with bench and weights, my mind is much clearer, present and alert (although tbf, i'm literally half retarded).
Diet (along with general exercise) cannot/ should not be ignored. Plus i take a shed load of supplements, including various amino acids to mitigate chronic depression, mood imbalance etc. Fck big pharma and fck my GP.
