i wouldnt say so. in a perfect world without bots and vote manipulation, this is a good metric of needs and wants from the actual populace and not some kike who you elected to represent you.

Would you be able to describe the process of filing criminal charges on someone and having those charges referred to the grand jury in order to get a prosecution and possibly a conviction?

The thing about muh constitutional republic. The people have got to understand how to weild the levers of justice and get remedy when that are harmed, even when the cops, and government don't want you to get justice.
