This is the last sappy post ill be doing for a while. I know some of yall are probably sick of my stuff.

I went through one of the worst times of my life this year. Alcohol withdrawal, losing my job, jail, health problems. The whole nine.

When it started, I reached out to family and friends for help. My dad hopped up and helped. My ultra liberal sister who knows I'm a natsoc hopped up and helped. All my friends I've known for years faded away. Live a mile away and can't find time to do dinner or completely ghosting me. Along with a few that completely turned their backs on me.

You all though. I came in here screaming for help and a ton of you rushed in to pick me up. You stopped what was going on with you to help me and ill never forget it. Advice, encouragement and tough love. Brotherhood through and through. I truly am so glad a place like this exists. Gonna sound like a fag but I remember crying when old voat shut down. If I can do anything for you all ill do my best.

Thank you all for giving me the time of day. Thank you for picking me up. Thank you for understanding what boat were in.

Like I've said before your names on a screen but you all have had more of impact on me lately than folks I've known for over 10 years.

I love you all. God bless you and of course seig heil!

Most of my IRL friends are afghan muslim liberals who never turned their back on me for being a white supremacist nazi. When we meet up we debate for hours about various subjects. The war in Palestine has brought us closer and we share anti jew memes on Signal. I send them stuff from catbox and they send me shit from ticktock. Some months ago a friend of those friends met up with us and went crazy arguing in favor of the covid vax while we made fun of him. But we're not mad at each other for having a disagreement on a subject. Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is your ex friends are bitches. We are indeed plagued by our vile parasitic paedophilic rulers, but Afghanistan has a culture of paedophilia that’s found among the common people not just the ruling class. Can I suggest magnesium citrate, taurinate, or glyinate instead of oxide? Same for zinc. Zinc will deplete copper so I’d like to suggest a quality multivitamin. Swap omega 3 for Cod Liver Oil as it will come with D, E, and Choline.

How about D3 with K2 and the necessary vitamin A? And everyone and their mother should be taking vitamin C. People only take it when they get sick but I believe they get sick because they are depleted. Getting bloodwork done tomorrow and having a hella time studying nutrition. Will report here as I unravel fun useful stuff.

Yes. Two great books to start: The Iodine Crisis and Iodine: Why You Can’t Live Without it.

Worked my way up to 25mg of iodine daily over the last month without issue. It tastes like hose water or he garden section of Home Depot.

Maybe read books about time management, reaching goals, and just areas you have never thought about. Read a random book from the library. Also make time for networking and socializing, maybe clubs etc.

There may be set-backs, just get back up.
