Putin started the war without getting back all the Russian money from foreign countries. This doesn't make any sense. Now Russia has lost billions, that will be used by Ukraine to fight Russia.

Can somebody explain this kind of stupidity?

Putin didn't start the war. My God man people here are supposed to have better common Sense than that. The war was going on and Putin restrained himself for almost 10 years they had a treaty and he kept waiting and telling everybody we've got a treaty it's supposed to be enforced. It was only when zelensky threatened to get nuclear weapons that Putin had a press conference the next day and said we have to take this threat seriously Ukraine used to have nuclear weapons they know how to build them the only thing they're lacking is the materials to make them and then the next day Putin went into the Ukraine and the very first place he went with the troops was all the nuclear power stations to secure the nuclear material says olinsky couldn't get nuclear weapons. Putin didn't start the war. He still isn't even fighting a war. He's fighting it very restrained. Very restrained. He could have nuked the whole country and ended it all in a day.

Ukraine was supposed to be a 3 or 4 week incursion that may have pissed off some people but wasn't intended to escalate as it has.

No one expected the US and EU to send hundreds of billions in weapons and aid to Ukraine and to change the law to steal money from an adversary.

I think Putin did expect that but he still had no choice he had to go in because zelensky was threatening to get nuclear weapons the day before Putin went in Putin restrained himself for 10 years and then it was when zelensky said we're going to get nuclear weapons again that Putin held the press conference the next day and talked about the seriousness of that threat and the very next day after that he went in and the first place he went was the nuclear power stations inside Ukraine to secure the nuclear weapons material so they could not build a nuclear weapon. He didn't have any choice. He had to go and he couldn't wait until they got nuclear weapons.
