Glyphosate strips away magnesium and even more so copper from the crops. Livestock become deficient in this vital mineral and metal. Copper is necessary for the metabolism of iron and countless enzymatic processes in the body.
Beef Braunschweiger Liver Sausage is delicious.
Beef liver cooked medium with onions is delicious.
Freeze dried capsules are readily available online.
Anyone struggling with anemia is deficient of copper. If you are a man, have your iron levels checked as our bodies work to keep and recycle iron which accumulates and inevitably kills us. The simple solution is to bleed. Jesus gave his blood to give life so you can use that analogy. Or, like Masterfoo, you can reference both blood and soil: The soil being long depleted and bloodletting being a means to longevity.
Thanks for sharing. I’ll be sure to learn all I can about vitamin A. Seems we have two forms: Retinal, the active form from meat. And beta carotene from plant sources which will require additional processing. I wonder about this vitamin A toxicity you warn about.
Everyone with anemia is not deficient of copper. I get my copper from my plumbing.
Iron is an oxidant and can cause oxidative damage. Its fine for kids and menstruating women but its probably not great to supplement it later in life. Data suggest it may be a cancer promoter. I would not recommend bleeding though. Just dont eat liver everyday.

I would strongly suggest therapeutic phlebotomy or donation of blood for anyone with a high accumulation of iron.
I’m not disagreeing with your comment on the copper pipe but it’s worth noting fluoride can bind with the copper. As for anemia, that is general statement that it is likely an issue in iron metabolism caused by copper insufficiency. We also should be mindful of any process that will deplete copper in the body.

Just cooking with cast iron pans will meet your iron requirements.
If you HATE liver like I do, you can get copper from oysters, nuts, seeds, shitake mushrooms, lobster, other shellfish, leafy greens or dark chocolate.
I’m gonna slit my wrists right now. Edit: jk., my mother fed me liver as a baby. I don’t even know what it tastes like and I’m afraid to cook some and find out.

We make our own, along with pâté.
Both are great ways to serve liver to children.
