Watch a bunch of those shorts and you'll soon notice all the tricks used to increase views and likes. Sappy music over unrelated clips is typical. Improbable camera angles and switching between types of landscapes (dry forest to mossy trees and back to dry forest) are revealing too.

Did they really follow the 'mom' for miles? If she was really watching her baby being cut free, why was she not shown? Like and subscribe if you're happy the mom found caring humans to help her baby.
