An example would be supressing a feeling of disgust when seeing faggots displaying faggotry, or suppressing the desire to keep niggers out of your community.
So basically turning something instinctual on it's head weakens you against other existential issues. Your instincts are your guidance in how to survive and thrive.
Incidentally your instincts are what make you effective in complex social situations and especially dating and sex, which I think explains a lot about how much Whites have been forced to supress for the past few generations and how little sense dating has seemed for so many White men.
Without strong instincts to guide you they turned to rational "how is this supposed to work" explanations from friends or on the internet. Between my 2 marriages I dated mostly older women. Honestly, more fun in bed, less demanding, more caring. And that was 20 years ago. I can see this being a thing.
Turns into home shopping network about 3 minutes in. I first started dating older women because the ones my age were WHORES. The older women were whores too, but far more restrained.
