Seems they've been using this tactic for a while. It ought to be easy to recruit leftists with this fact. The rich can afford private security. The working class are left to be terrorized by incorrigible elements. Using the police to protect criminals feeds into the left's ACAB mentality, though it can be difficult to explain to these shitlibs because leftism itself is a mental disorder.

In the Gulag, real criminals received privileges and were assigned as the enforcers and the terrorisers of the people who were deemed as the 'enemy of the state' which was just your average man sick of the tyrannical jew Bolshevik rule.

Real criminals were never deemed as the 'enemy of the state' by the Bolsheviks.. only natural though because the jewish Bolsheviks were massive criminals themselves
