Who cares about what the person in the nuthouse does, they are there because they are fucked in the head.

I am talking about the people who run the nuthouse and should be an extra portion of mentally stable if they want to provide help. Yet they let the rooms of people with OCD and hording problems get as dirty as pic, before they act.
