Bloodletting Update

submitted by Trope to TellUpgoat 5 monthsNov 28, 2024 12:16:44 ago (+13/-2)     (TellUpgoat)

For the past several months, I’ve been having roughly 120 - 180 ml of blood drawn on a bi-weekly basis. My ferritin count, the protein responsible for the storage of iron, was above the reference range and is now within normal range while other iron blood markers remain fine.

Interestingly, the doctor didn’t even notice this. (Useless profession). I took it upon myself to understand the anomalous blood marker reading. You don’t even need doctors, you just need a lab to run your own tests.

As a reminder: Our bodies are great at recycling iron and life expectancy is much higher than before. Men will have accumulated 3x the amount of iron from age 18 to 40. The accumulation damages the organs, causes hypogonadism, and eventually kills us.

Ferritin levels 600 ug/ml led to an average life expectancy of 55.

Ferritin measures above 300 ug/ml equates to hyperferritinemia.

The longest living people measured the lowest ferritin levels and lived in areas where magnesium was rich in the water supply and they were surrounded by family.

https://www.amazon.com/Iron-Deficiency-Test-conveniently-CLIA-Certified/dp/B09TPW22TT

The $99 test has you draw blood and home and send to a lab. There's a $20 home test, but it only shows low/med/high, with no actual numbers.

Review of the book. There's also a link in there showing how to extract iron from cereal with a magnet.

Iron from anything like cereal is easy. Stick it in a blender with water. Put a good magnet up to the container wall and iron will collect from the slurry. Legit Wooly Willy iron, it's incredible.

Painfully retarded to read. Do you know what a sky high ferritin level usually actually means?

It means you have covid. Lol. Lmao, even.

The ONLY medically sound reason for therapudic bloodletting is polycythemia. What will happen if you do it for any other reason, you ask? Your. ferritin. level. will. increase!

doot doot doodeedoodee doot doot doo doo... 🤡🤡🤡🤡

You people are so fucking stupid it hurts.

It could just be inflammation. Speaking of, the whole deal of tossing insults like a cunt might be a parasite. Have you thought about taking some ivermectin?

Good post bud. Chelation might grant me a few extra years of curmudgeonly existence.

Wait, you're cutting for medicinal purposes? I know this is an update, but I either don't remember or didn't see the last post. Can you either link that or elucidate us further on what the actual fuck you're doing?

Absolutely,

This is a bit of self-experimentation I’ve been working on for both personal health and a research paper I’m currently writing for school.

Synopsis
Humans have evolved to efficiently recycle and store iron. This would have worked very well in environments where food was scarce. Today, we have an abundance of food, we live much longer, and elemental iron is added to processed flour. This creates a new problem for humanity.

Ferritin
This is a protein that acts as the body’s reserve for iron. Ferritin is found primarily in the blood cells and liver. Much like the body can accumulate fat, we can think of ferritin as iron storage for later which accumulates as we age.

Hyperferritinosis
Men with ferritin above 300 microgams per millilter of blood are considered to have hyperferritinemia. According to Marley Robbins, ideal ferritin should be below 100.

Anemia
It’s worth noting many people suffer from anemia and likely won’t need to worry about ferritin. Anemia is a dysregulation of iron caused by a deficiency of dietary copper. (Eat your beef liver)

The Vasovagal Response
Many of us are reluctant to be stuck with needles: And rightfully so. I experienced the vasovagol response when jabbed through the antecubital vein of the inner-elbow. The blood is drawn so fast, my blood pressure drops and I feel like I'm going to die. I learned you can mitigate this response by having blood drawn from the hand using a smaller needle.

The following are stats directly from the book “Dumping Iron” by PD Mangan

Ferritin above 150 ng/mL can cause metabolic disease.

Men will have 3x the amount of ferritin accumulated by age 40 compared to age 18.

Men with ferritin above 600 had an average lifespan of 55 years.

400 was around 72 years average.

The oldest living people had the lowest amount of ferritin measured.

Women will typically die when their iron levels rise to values similar to men.

High Sex Hormone Binding Globulin can tank testosterone.

High iron causes hypogonadism.

Iron first builds up in the liver, pancreas, and heart followed by other organs.

Glyphosphate chelates much of the copper in the crops and livestock feed.

The longest living people ....were surrounded by family.

That's a polite way of saying that they were surrounded by their own people; their own race.
Instead of living in "diverse" areas.

I just shit blood every day and it costs me nothing.

And you recycle it orally back in as well.
